Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive nursing care to incarcerated individuals following physician orders and nursing standards.
- Conduct nursing assessments and monitor acute and chronic medical conditions.
- Administer medications and treatments, maintaining accurate records.
- Respond to medical emergencies and initiate appropriate interventions.
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure continuity of care while maintaining patient confidentiality.
Qualifications
- Current, active Pennsylvania RN license in good standing.
- Minimum of two years of RN experience; correctional, emergency, or acute care experience preferred.
- Current BLS, ACLS, and NRP certifications required.
