Requirements: 1 year of experience

Responsibilities:

• Provide guidance, supervision, and monitoring of nursing care delivered by clinical and support staff.
• Maintain security and confidentiality of medical records and related documentation.
• Evaluate medical services to help prevent inappropriate use or duplication of services.
• Observe, document, and report inmate/resident behavior and health concerns as needed.
• Prepare and maintain standard records, reports, logs, and other documentation in a timely manner.
