RN Clinical Operations

To support patient education and therapy navigation, the part-time RN Clinical Operations will provide telephonic clinical assessments and education to patients and caregivers, working remotely with a flexible schedule of two 10-hour shifts per week. Key responsibilities Conduct clinical assessments and provide disease- and therapy-specific education to patients and caregivers Identify patient needs related to therapy use and escalate concerns appropriately while documenting interventions accurately Collaborate with pharmacists and clinical team members to support patient care needs and ensure compliance with regulatory standards Required qualifications Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) required; Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred Current, unrestricted licensure as a Registered Nurse in the state of residence required 2 years of patient-centered care or disease management nursing experience preferred Ability to obtain additional single state licenses as needed; unrestricted multi-state compact nursing license preferred Commitment to compliance program objectives and respectful interaction with colleagues
