Cabell Huntington Hospital is seeking a Registered Nurse for our Clinical Observation Unit . We are looking for dynamic professional applicants who value customer service and a team mentality.
Responsibilities
- The Registered Professional Nurse is accountable for using the nursing process, delegating patient care tasks, supervision of other patient care staff, coordinating the care for a group of patients and consulting with other members of the health care team when indicated.
Clinical Observation Unit
The Clinical Observation Unit can have a broad range of adult patients ambulatory and non-ambulatory, that meet initial criteria for observation. The department will serve to provide efficient protocol-based care to patients with well-defined diagnosis or presenting symptoms such as chest pain, COPD, asthma & congestive heart failure.
Compensation
The shift will be determined by each hiring manager. The pay rate will be determined in accordance with the labor agreement.
