RN Clinical Manager Designee — Pediatric & Adult Care Lead

BAYADA Home Health Care in Saddle Brook, NJ is seeking an RN Clinical Manager Designee to oversee a 40–50 client caseload remotely from our office. This role partners with 2–3 Visiting RN Designees to supervise in-home visits and ensures timely documentation, physician orders, and regulatory compliance.

The office-based RN Designee will also assist with admissions or field clinical needs as needed, supporting a Monday– Friday schedule and a consistent daytime routine.
