RN Clinical Claims Specialist — Case Management

Jobtailor is seeking a qualified nurse case manager to review clinical assessments, determine chronic illness status, and develop plans of care with documentation. The role involves collaborating with field assessors and facility staff by phone to gather information on health status and to refine care plans.

You will also contact claimants and family members to update records and discuss new plans of care, including telephonic assessments.
