What You\'ll Do
- Participate in day-to-day clinical activities to ensure a patient-focused, quality environment of care.
- Maintain a safe environment for patients, family members, and staff.
- Collaborate with hospital leadership to identify current and future practice needs.
- Promote an environment sensitive to the culturally diverse needs of patients and staff.
- Facilitate positive working relationships among departments.
- Comply with and monitor adherence to HIPAA policies.
- Create and maintain policies related to practice operations.
- Serve as a departmental resource for regulatory site visits.
- Implement quality measures as directed by quality teams.
- Conduct patient call-backs and follow-up calls within a timely manner.
Requirements
Education:
- Graduate of an Accredited Nursing School
Experience:
- Minimum of 3 years relevant clinical experience preferred
Licenses & Certifications:
- Current Registered Nurse licensure in Massachusetts
- BLS/CPR certification required within one week of hire
