Responsibilities

• Assess resident/patient health problems and needs
• Develop and implement nursing care plans
• Maintain medical records
• Administer nursing care to ill, injured, convalescent, or disabled patients
• May advise patients on health maintenance and disease prevention or provide case management

Requirements

• RN degree from an accredited college or school of nursing
• New York State license as Registered Professional Nurse
• Two years of clinical nursing experience preferred
• One year geriatric experience preferred
• BCLS/CPR certification required

Salary

USD $54.25 - $56.81 /Hr. This range serves as a good faith estimate and actual pay will encompass a number of factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and experience. The salary range or rate listed does not include any bonuses/incentive, differential pay or other forms of compensation that may be applicable to this job and it does not include the value of benefits.
