The Staff Pad has partnered with a reputed hospital in Russellville; AL and we are looking for an experienced and dependable RN Charge Nurse to guide, support and manage the Emergency Department operations.

What You'll Do
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and support ED nursing staffduring assigned shifts
- Coordinate patient flow, bedplacement, and staffing assignments
- Assist with high-acuity patientsand emergency situations
- Ensure compliance with safety,clinical, and documentation standards
- Serve as a trusted resource forclinical decision-making and problem-solving
Qualifications
- Active Alabama RN license
- BLS and ACLS required; PALSpreferred
- Emergency Department experiencerequired
- Previous charge nurse or leadershipexperience preferred
