RN - Cath Lab

Registered Nurse (RN)

We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to deliver coordinated nursing care for patients. This role involves supervising and directing nursing staff, collaborating with other healthcare professionals, and utilizing critical thinking and independent judgment to provide exceptional patient care.

Key Responsibilities

• Collect relevant data pertaining to the patient's health or situation.
• Analyze assessment data to determine diagnoses and care issues.
• Develop and implement care plans that include prescribed interventions to achieve desired outcomes.
• Evaluate patient progress toward attaining care outcomes.
• Collaborate with patients, families, and healthcare providers to ensure a safe and healing care environment.
• Provide learning opportunities and health information to patients and family members.
• Participate in discharge planning to ensure continuity of care.
• Delegate and coordinate duties among healthcare team members.
• Perform other job-related duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN) preferred.
• At least two years of recent experience in an acute care facility preferred.
• Registered Nurse (RN) licensure in the state of practice required.
• Current CPR or Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from an approved vendor required.
• AHA-ACLS or ARC-ALS certification required.
