This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced nurse who is looking for a change from weekends, calls, and holidays. In addition, we offer competitive wages, on-call pay, and shift differentials depending on work schedules.As a RN working Prep and Recovery for the Cath Lab will:Have an opportunity to work in a Level II Trauma CenterCare for adult patients with cardiac illness or injuryWork in a tight knit team and a department that can be fast pacedWhat you can expect:RN's working in the unit can expect to care for patients who have undergone procedures such as heart catheterization, pacemaker insertion, balloon pump insertion, and other cardiac proceduresTo be with the patient through prep/recovery until they are discharged or assigned a bedWork on a 20 bed unitWhat you will need to start work with us:Licensed as a Registered Nurse in IdahoBLS certification at date of hireAmerican Heart Association Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support for HealthCare Provider (ACLS) certification within 6 months of hireExperienced nurses preferredColleagues of Saint Alphonsus Health System enjoy competitive compensation with a full benefits package and opportunity for growth throughout SAHS and Trinity Health.
