Join our team as a travel RN Case Manager at LBH - Northwest Hospital in Randallstown, Maryland, and help coordinate care for adult and geriatric patients in a fast-paced hospital setting. This role involves working primarily in the Emergency Department and medical inpatient units, supporting the discharge planning process, and collaborating closely with Social Work. You'll be navigating complex medical cases, managing a typical census of around 40 patients, and being a key part of the care team.
