MINIMUM REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS: 3+ years of experience, RN, MA License

LENGTH OF ASSIGNMENT: 13 weeks

SHIFT / HOURS PER WEEK: M-F, 7am-3:30pm

START DATE: 9/21
