What the Role Involves

• Support patients through complex physical and emotional transitions.
• Provide clear, compassionate education and reassurance to families.
• Coordinate a seamless end‑of‑life care experience from admission forward.
• Manage pain, symptoms, and comfort‑focused care plans.
• Collaborate with social workers, aides, chaplains, and medical directors.
• Maintain accurate, timely documentation to support high‑quality care.

We’re Looking For Someone Who

• Holds an active Minnesota Registered Nurse license.
• Has experience in hospice, oncology, or palliative care.
• Balances clinical skill with heart‑centered care.
• Communicates with empathy, clarity, and confidence.
• Understands the sacred nature of end‑of‑life care and approaches it with grace.
