RN Case ManagerBrightStar Care Gainesville is hiring a full-time Pediatric RN to serve as our clinical float nurse and field trainer. This is not a single-patient assignment. This is a role for an experienced pediatric nurse who is energized by variety, confident enough to step into any case on short notice, and genuinely motivated by helping newer nurses deliver better care. You will cover missed and open shifts across our pediatric caseload, provide clinical orientation and field training to new nursing staff, and support the office with clinical oversight as needed. No two weeks look the same — and that is the point.This role requires genuine schedule flexibility — days, evenings, nights, and weekends depending on coverage needs.
