AccentCare, partnering with Hanford Pharmaceuticals, seeks an RN Case Manager to support patients receiving advanced biotech and pharmaceutical therapies. In this role, you will coordinate comprehensive care plans, assess patient needs, and monitor treatment outcomes to ensure safety and adherence to prescribed regimens. You’ll work closely with physicians, pharmacists, and multidisciplinary teams while educating patients and families on medications and self-care.
