Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) with a valid Oregon or Washington RN license, or a compact license, to join our team. The ideal candidate will have at least one year of experience in case management or primary care coordination (PCC) and be able to work weekends and holidays, as needed.
Qualifications

• Active RN license in Oregon or Washington (compact license is acceptable)
• Minimum of 1 year of case management or PCC experience
• Experience with EPIC charting
• Knowledge of Medicaid and Medicare
• BLS certification required
• Prior experience with a similar health system is preferred

Skills

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively under pressure
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
• Proficient in electronic health record (EHR) systems

Work Schedule
This position requires flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays. Standard working hours are from 08:00 AM to 05:00 PM.
