Registered NurseThe registered nurse is responsible to implement the nursing process within Mahnomen Health Center and the continuum of care. The nursing process is utilized to assess, diagnose, and establish a plan with outcome criteria, intervene, evaluate, and document human responses to actual or potential health problems.
