Job Summary and Qualifications

As a RN Cardiac Cath EP Lab, your voice to influence patient care is valued and empowered at every turn—whether through open, collaborative relationships with your direct manager or more formal opportunities through hospital councils and national nursing initiatives. You'll help shape decisions that elevate both patient outcomes and the future of nursing.

In this role you will:

• Implement and monitor patient care plans.
• Monitor, record, and communicate patient condition as appropriate.
• Serve as a primary coordinator of all disciplines for well-coordinated patient care.
• Note and carry out physician and nursing orders.
• Assess and coordinate patient’s discharge planning needs with members of the healthcare team.

Job Requirements

Florida RN license and/or approved multistate RN license required. Compact license holders have 60 days to obtain the Florida license after relocation.

1+ years of RN experience in an acute care environment preferred.

Registered Nurse Diploma, or Associate Degree, BSN is preferred.

NIH Stroke Scale must be obtained within 30 days of employment start.

Basic Cardiac Life Support, or BCLS Instructor must be obtained within 30 days of start.

American Heart Association ACLS Provider issued card required within 6 months of employment start date.

Interventional Cath Lab or Critical Care Experience Preferred

30 minute call window required.
