RN Cancer Screening Specialist

To support a growing Virtual Cancer Clinic, the remote RN Cancer Screening Specialist will provide vital clinical resources for cancer screening and prevention, assisting with triage, care coordination, and patient education while ensuring timely follow-up care for patients with abnormal screening results. Key responsibilities Assist with triage, care coordination, and education for cancer screening and prevention patients via phone and asynchronous messaging Conduct clinical assessments and follow up on abnormal cancer screening results, coordinating care and appointments as needed Collaborate with care team members to develop clinical protocols and provide comprehensive support from screening to survivorship Required qualifications Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) required Unrestricted active Registered Nurse (RN) license with eligibility for additional state licenses; multi-state Nurse Licensure Compact (NLC) preferred Minimum of 7 years of nursing experience, including at least 5 years in primary care with result follow-up experience Related certifications such as Ambulatory Care Nursing Certification (AMB-C) or oncology-related certifications required or to be obtained within 12 months of hire Professional fluency in English and Spanish, including medical Spanish, strongly preferred
