RN Brand-New Family Practice | $10k Sign-On, Flexible Hours

Elliot Health System is opening a brand-new Family Practice location at 775 South Main Street. The successful RN will work M-F with flexible 4 x 10 hour days or 5 x 8 hour days, delivering care to a broad range of patient needs and participating in team-based care.

You’ll practice at the top of your license, engage in chronic disease management, live-answer triage, and care collaboration with nurses and support staff. NH RN licensure required; ACLS optional; BLS during orientation.
