In this role, you’ll deliver high-quality, evidence-based nursing care to adult vascular and cardiac step-down patients, including continuous monitoring, IV therapy, and post‑procedure management. You’ll assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized care, collaborate closely with physicians and an interdisciplinary team, and educate patients and families on treatment and recovery.
