What You'll Do
- Assess human responses and plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care.
- Provide transformational leadership in a professional practice setting.
- Assign or delegate tasks based on patient needs and staff skill levels.
- Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to evaluate clinical care.
- Promote patient safety initiatives and participate in quality initiatives.
- Utilize the nursing process to develop patient care plans.
- Analyze health status and determine patient care needs.
- Document changes in patient conditions and notify appropriate personnel.
- Participate in professional development and continuous learning.
- Advocate for patients and resolve patient/family concerns.
Requirements
Education:- Current State of PA RN licensure or multi-state licensure through the enhanced Nurse Licensure Compact (eNLC) required.
- Preferred certification in area of specialty.
- Current RN License in Pennsylvania.
- CPR certification required.
- Act 34, Act 33, and Act 73 clearances required.
