Key Responsibilities
- Assess patient conditions through routine and specialized care techniques and consultations.
- Create, evaluate, and update individualized care plans based on patient needs.
- Collaborate with psychiatrists, therapists, and other medical professionals to deliver effective integrated care.
- Administer medications and perform therapeutic and psychiatric interventions.
- Educate patients and their families on management of their mental health conditions.
- Document patient care services by charting in patient and department records.
