Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated Travel Registered Nurse to join our Behavioral Health unit. This role involves providing care to adult patients with mental health issues, working within a team-oriented and compassionate environment. The position offers a unique opportunity to enhance your skills in a highly supportive setting.
Responsibilities
- Conduct behavioral health admissions and discharges.
- Administer medications and provide patient care per individualized treatment plans.
- Lead classes and resource sessions as a Charge Nurse when needed.
- Maintain patient safety and wellbeing through collaboration with multidisciplinary teams.
- Assist in the management of patient acuity, ensuring flexibility and responsiveness.
Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure
- BLS certification required.
- CPI certification preferred.
- Minimum of 1 year of current behavioral health experience mandatory.
