Responsibilities
- Provide clinical oversight and leadership to nursing and support staff
- Supporting day-to-day clinic operations, including workflow and patient flow
- Managing patient care concerns and escalations
- Assisting with scheduling coordination and staffing needs
- Overseeing and ordering clinical supplies
- Serving as a trusted resource for providers and interdisciplinary teams
- Perform comprehensive patient assessments and develop appropriate care plans
- Provide patient education, counseling, and preventive care guidance
- Deliver safe, age-appropriate care with attention to cultural, spiritual, and psychosocial needs
- Utilize strong clinical judgment, including telephone triage and symptom assessment
- Coordinate care and ensure continuity across services
- Administer treatments and medications in accordance with established standards
- Foster a supportive, team-oriented environment
- Act as a mentor, educator, and patient advocate
- Promote a culture of learning, accountability, and clinical excellence
Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing (BSN preferred)
- Current Massachusetts RN license
- Certification: BLS (American Heart Association)
- Acute care medical-surgical experience
- Strong clinical, organizational, and interpersonal skills
