Reporting to the Director of Nursing, you will assist in planning, organizing, and directing day-to-day clinical and administrative operations of the Nursing Services Department.
You will lead charge nurses and supervisors, support regulatory compliance, drive QAPI initiatives, and ensure residents attain their highest practicable well-being.
