UCHealth seeks an RN Acute Care Transplant/Thoracic nurse to care for complex surgical and medical patients in a fast-paced hospital environment. In this role, you’ll provide evidence-based bedside care, manage post-transplant and thoracic surgery patients, and coordinate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver exceptional, patient-centered outcomes.
