UCHealth seeks a compassionate RN for our Acute Care Transplant/Thoracic unit. In this role, you’ll provide advanced bedside care to complex post‑surgical and transplant patients, including assessment, medication administration, telemetry monitoring, and coordination of multidisciplinary care. You’ll educate patients and families, support safe transitions, and contribute to quality and safety initiatives.
