Key Responsibilities
- Deliver top-of-scope nursing care to patients with moderate to high acuity on specialty units.
- Support evidence-based practices and contribute to patient safety and quality of care.
- Precept and mentor new healthcare team members, fostering a learning environment.
- Participate in specialty education and competency validation supported by clinical educators.
Qualifications & Skills
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program if less than 3 years’ experience.
- Current RN licensure in the state.
- At least 6 months of RN nursing experience.
- American Heart Association or Red Cross BLS certification, valid through sixty days of hire.
