RN Acute Care - Night Shift

Role Overview: Provides direct, high-level patient care in a specialty acute care (Med-Surg) setting, utilizing evidence-based practices and a multidisciplinary team approach.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive assessments and develop individualized care plans.
• Prioritize patient safety, wellness, and quality outcomes at the point of care.
• Model proficiency through precepting new healthcare staff and fostering a collaborative environment.

Qualifications & Skills

• Graduate from an accredited nursing program; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Valid RN licensure and at least 6 months of nursing experience.
• Current BLS certification through the American Heart Association or Red Cross, valid through sixty days post-hire.
• Strong clinical judgment, communication, and teamwork skills.
