RN Acute Care - Neuro - PRN Night Shift

Role: RN Acute Care - Neuro, providing high-quality, safe, patient-centered care in a clinical environment guided by evidence-based practice and professional standards.

Responsibilities:

• Perform the nursing process including assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation
• deliver relationship-based care tailored to patient demographics and cultural diversity
• collaborate effectively with interdisciplinary teams
• document care accurately
• participate in performance improvement and research initiatives
• serve as a mentor and advocate for patients and staff
• support resource optimization and protocol development
• ensure compliance with policies and safety standards

Qualifications:

• Associates or Diploma in Nursing (Bachelor's preferred)
• valid RN license (single or multi-state)
• BLS certification
• experience in direct patient care preferred
