- Schedule: Full-time, Day shift (12-hour shifts, 36 hours per week, 7:00 AM - 7:30 PM)
What You'll Do
- Assess, diagnose, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.
- Develop and coordinate patients' plans of care to optimize outcomes.
- Monitor, record, and communicate patient conditions.
- Advocate for ethical and holistic care in partnership with patients.
- Foster a learning environment for patients, families, and healthcare team members.
- Ensure safety and quality in nursing care through evidence-based practices.
- Engage in ongoing professional development and practice at the top of your license.
- Demonstrate leadership and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams.
Requirements
- Education: BSN in Nursing preferred
- Experience: At least 1 year of experience as a registered nurse; less than 1 year acceptable if transitioned from the Newly Licensed Registered Nurse Residency (NLRN) Program.
- Licenses & Certifications: Current RN License in Pennsylvania, BLS certification required, ACLS is unit dependent.
