Working remotely, the RMS Implementation Analyst will assist agencies in adapting their business processes to newly installed software solutions, focusing on implementation, training, and configuration while managing timelines and customer needs. Key responsibilities Implement, configure, and train users on core software solutions Set goals and expectations for configuration timelines with customers Track and report on customer progress to internal project teams Required qualifications Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field, or equivalent experience Experience with Law Enforcement RMS is required Knowledge of MSSQL or Oracle databases and scripting is preferred Familiarity with SSRS report writing and Microsoft Power BI is a plus Experience in public safety workflows and software is preferred
