Position: Full-Time or Part-Time (Flexible Schedule, Nights & Weekends Required)

Key Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional service to guests with professionalism and enthusiasm
• Support and guide servers during shifts to ensure smooth operations
• Train new front‑of‑house staff and help maintain performance standards
• Monitor table flow and assist with floor management as needed
• Resolve guest issues with professionalism and urgency
• Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of menus, specials, and restaurant policies
• Work closely with management to ensure consistency in service and team morale
• Work closely with the back of house for smooth communication

Requirements

• 4-6 years of serving experience, including at least 1 year in a lead or supervisory role
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Ability to delegate tasks, coach team members, and lead by example
• Calm under pressure, with excellent multitasking abilities
• Must be organized, dependable, and guest-focused
• California Food Handler Card required; RBS certification a plus
• Must be available evenings, weekends, and holidays
