To support the execution and evolution of the Business Continuity Management program in Brazil, the full-time Risk Specialist will manage Business Impact Analysis, review continuity plans, and assess resilience strategies while working remotely. Key responsibilities Conduct and support Business Impact Analysis (BIA) and risk assessments related to business continuity Review and update Business Continuity, Disaster Recovery, and Crisis Management plans Plan, monitor, and validate exercises, simulations, and tests for Disaster Recovery and continuity Required qualifications Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Engineering, Information Systems, or related fields Experience in Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery, including planning and executing recovery exercises Knowledge of backup and recovery, infrastructure, data storage, networks, and connectivity Experience with resilience concepts in cloud environments, preferably AWS Advanced English proficiency; Spanish is a plus
