Risk Operations AnalystAs a Risk Operations Analyst, you will play a crucial role in identifying, assessing, and mitigating potential risks that may impact our operations and projects. You will work closely with cross-functional teams including engineering, finance, and project management to ensure that risks are proactively identified and addressed.Key Responsibilities:Conduct risk assessments to identify potential risks and their potential impact on the company's operations and projectsCollaborate with cross-functional teams to develop risk management strategies and plansMonitor and analyze key risk indicators to identify emerging risks and trendsDevelop and maintain risk registers and ensure that risks are appropriately logged and trackedConduct regular risk reviews and provide updates to senior managementWork closely with project managers to ensure that risks are identified and managed throughout the project lifecycleDevelop and implement risk mitigation plans to minimize the impact of potential risksProvide guidance and support to teams on risk management best practicesStay updated on industry trends and regulations related to risk management and make recommendations for improvement as neededParticipate in internal and external audits related to risk management and compliancePrepare reports and presentations on risk management activities and findings for senior management and other stakeholdersQualifications:Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Risk Management, or a related field2+ years of experience in risk management, preferably in the aerospace industryStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work independently and in a team environmentProficiency in risk management software and toolsKnowledge of industry regulations and best practices related to risk managementExperience in project management is a plusProfessional certifications in risk management (e.g. CRM, ARM) are preferredAt Premieraerospace, we value diversity and are committed to creating an inclusive and welcoming workplace for all employees.
