Reporting to the VP of Risk, the full-time Risk Manager will monitor and optimize credit and fraud risk strategies by integrating complex data sources and conducting statistical analyses in a remote environment. Key responsibilities Monitor acquisition, portfolio, and collection performance focusing on consumer credit and fraud risk Integrate complex data sources to generate actionable insights for underwriting and portfolio management Conduct statistical analyses and present findings to leadership while partnering with technology teams for strategy implementation Required qualifications Master of Science degree in a quantitative discipline (Statistics, Economics, Business/Data Analytics, or similar) 18 months or more of experience building quantitative and statistical models in the consumer financial lending or lease-to-own industry Proficiency in Python, R, and Excel for statistical analysis and predictive modeling
