You will translate user needs into a prioritized roadmap, define measurable success metrics, and guide delivery through an Agile/Scrum model. You will influence technical approaches, ensure high-quality releases, and drive continuous service improvement through effective governance and feedback loops.Job responsibilities Partner with subject matter experts and stakeholders to understand use cases, pain points, and industry trendsCollaborate with architects and technologists to influence solution design, integrations, and delivery approachDefine product strategy, vision, and a prioritized roadmap of enhancements and new capabilitiesLead discovery and research to identify customer problems and translate insights into product opportunitiesElicit and document requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria to align teams on “what good looks like”Establish product success metrics and analyze performance to inform prioritization and iterationFacilitate Agile/Scrum ceremonies and drive execution to deliver timely, high-quality releasesDeliver product demos and run product reviews to capture feedback and improve outcomesCoordinate release management activities and ensure issues are tracked, prioritized, and remediated quicklyValidate features meet specifications through testing support, stakeholder reviews, and readiness checksConduct governance reviews and implement a plan for continuous service improvementRequired qualifications, capabilities, and skills Bachelor’s degree in engineering, computer science, or a related field7+ years of product management, product development, or closely related experienceDemonstrated experience in process re-engineering or similar transformation workStrong written and verbal communication skills, including preparing executive-level materialsProven ability to lead through influence, drive consensus, and deliver in a matrix organizationStrong organizational skills and attention to detail, with ability to manage competing priorities under tight deadlinesProven ability to collaborate effectively and build strong cross-functional partnershipsHigh initiative, intellectual curiosity, and ability to learn quickly while working under pressureExperience using data analysis and metrics to drive prioritization and decisionsAdvanced knowledge of the product development lifecycle, platform design, software architecture, and data analyticsWorking knowledge of system/software architecture concepts (services, integrations, data flows), including data models and APIsPreferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills Experience in large financial services organizationsBasic domain knowledge in credit riskExperience partnering with technology and user experience design teams on solution design
