Key responsibilities Advance the development and implementation of an enterprise change governance framework tailored to project classifications Identify and prioritize risk-related gaps, ensuring timely remediation to reduce exposures to acceptable levels Communicate risk data and insights through structured reporting to senior leadership and the board of directors Required qualifications Minimum of 2 years of experience in risk, compliance, legal, or regulatory roles within a Global Systemically Important Bank (GSIB) Experience with project management and governance; Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a plus Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree is a plus Global Association of Risk Professionals (GARP) certification is a plus Ability to manage multiple priorities under tight timeframes and adapt to frequent change
