Proactively managing risk from preconstruction through closeout, the full-time remote Risk Management Generalist will collaborate with operations, legal, safety, and leadership to navigate project risks, compliance, and contract exposure across various high-profile construction projects. Key responsibilities Drive enterprise-level risk awareness and strengthen controls across the organization Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve project-related deficiencies and ensure compliance Support subcontractor administration activities, including prequalification and compliance audits Required qualifications Associate's degree in a specialized risk management program or related field Minimum of two years of risk management experience Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft O365 Valid driver's license may be required, subject to an annual Motor Vehicle Records check
