This entry-level position provides systems engineering support focused on risk identification, analysis, and mitigation strategies in support of defense and space programs. The ideal candidate will work under close supervision and contribute to the development and evaluation of risk management processes, documentation, and related systems engineering activities.ResponsibilitiesAssist in the development and maintenance of risk registers, risk mitigation plans, and related documentationSupport risk identification, analysis, and prioritization across programs and projectsParticipate in risk review boards and support coordination with stakeholdersAssist in applying risk tools and techniques to support program decision-makingEnsure compliance with customer and program-specific risk management standards and best practicesContribute to other systems engineering tasks as requiredSkills RequiredBachelor's degree (BS/BA) in Business Management, Economics, Math, Engineering, or Economics.0-3 years of experience in systems engineering, risk management, or a related disciplineStrong analytical and communication skillsProficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)Ability to work collaboratively in a team environmentMust be a U.S.
