Risk ManagementOverview Seeking a highly experienced Risk Management to provide executive-level technical support and strategic risk management leadership for complex programs and projects and on-going NASA programs/projects. This senior-level position requires extensive experience in program integration, coordination, and stakeholder engagement. The analyst will work closely with senior program and project leadership, delivering critical risk-informed insights and ensuring seamless communication and execution of strategic activities across multiple organizational interfaces.
ResponsibilitiesProvide executive-level technical support in the planning, coordination, and integration of risk management activities across programs and projectsDevelop and analyze program and project management status reports for senior leadership and stakeholdersPrepare and present high-level briefings for internal and external useExpedite communication and alignment across program, project, and organizational boundariesTrack and manage deliverables, actions, and documentation to ensure timely execution and closureMaintain program-wide risk-related documentation, reports, and dashboardsSupport troubleshooting and coordination of hardware/software used in program-wide communications and interactionsInterface directly with Government customers and senior stakeholders to ensure risk posture is effectively conveyed and managedSkills RequiredBachelor's degree (BS/BA) in Business Management, Economics, Math, Engineering, or EconomicsOver 15 years of applicable experience, with 13-15 years in Aerospace or Research and Development environmentsProven experience providing executive-level program support and risk management leadershipExcellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to brief senior stakeholdersStrong organizational, integration, and coordination skills across large, complex organizationsExperience supporting senior government customers or large-scale defense programsFamiliarity with risk management tools and enterprise-level reporting systemsBackground in coordinating across geographically dispersed teams and facilitiesMust be a U.S. Citizen and able to obtain a government security clearanceEducation Bachelor's degree required, preferably in math, engineering, business, or the sciences.
