Then you help those clients protect their homes, vehicles, and assets by recommending the right insurance coverage for their needs.You'll start with a $48,000 base salary while building your pipeline, plus 50% commission on every new policy you sell.Our Year-1 new business sales target is $50,000, which puts first-year advisors on pace for ~$73,000 total income including base salary.
