To support the organization's risk and compliance framework, the full-time remote Risk and Compliance Manager will oversee compliance reviews, manage policy governance, and lead the compliance training program while ensuring regulatory readiness and promoting a culture of compliance across all levels. Key responsibilities Support the implementation and administration of the Compliance Management System, conducting risk-based compliance reviews and preparing management reports Lead the organization's policy management program, overseeing policy creation, review, and governance in alignment with enterprise standards Manage the annual compliance training program, ensuring high-quality training experiences and alignment with emerging risk trends Required qualifications Bachelor's degree in accounting, business, finance, law, or a related field Minimum 7 years of experience in audit, compliance, risk management, or controls Certifications in compliance, risk, or audit are a plus Experience in financial services is a plus Ability to function effectively in a fast-paced and changing environment
