Radiant Nuclear is seeking a Risk & Compliance Lead to build and own the risk management function from the ground up. You will map exposure across the entire business, optimize insurance and risk coverage programs (including nuclear-related lines), and close gaps before they become findings.
Reporting to the VP of Finance, you will act as the connective tissue between brokers, legal, operations, IT, security, finance, and regulatory teams, guiding risk decisions and governance as Radiant scales
