As a full-time remote Risk Analytics Manager, the successful candidate will oversee the risk function, set pricing methodologies, and lead strategic conversations with senior leadership while mentoring a team of data scientists. Key responsibilities Set and lead pricing methodology and risk framework standards Own risk strategy discussions with senior leadership, recommending program adjustments Design decision systems to transform monitoring functions into actionable business processes Required qualifications 8+ years of experience in actuarial pricing, predictive modeling, or related Risk Analytics fields Strong analytical skills with proficiency in SQL, Python or R, and data modeling tools like dbt and Snowflake Demonstrated experience mentoring analysts or data scientists and enhancing team capabilities Bachelor's degree in Actuarial Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field Relevant actuarial experience or equivalent exam progress preferred but not required
