Teach For America — North Carolina seeks an MD, RISE Cohort Coach (Temporary) to support 25–28 fellows over approximately 6 months, guiding reflection, evidence, and goals into classroom practice. The coach will partner with the MD, Alumni Impact, conduct 1:1 coaching, track progress, and share cohort insights to inform monthly spaces and program adjustments.
