The Senior Consultant – Rillet will play a key role in delivering Rillet implementations to high‑growth and mid‑market clients while helping scale Armanino’s Rillet service offering. This role is ideal for someone excited to join a growing, rapidly evolving practice and help shape how services are delivered.
Responsibilities
- Analyze and document client business processes, accounting workflows, and system requirements to support Rillet implementations
- Rapidly develop deep expertise in the Rillet platform, implementation approach, and emerging use cases through hands‑on delivery, self‑directed learning, and collaboration with team members
- Configure and deploy the Rillet platform in alignment with client requirements and best practices
- Lead and support end‑to‑end Rillet implementations, including design, configuration, testing, and go‑live
- Develop and execute test scripts and support client user acceptance testing (UAT)
- Train client finance and accounting teams on Rillet functionality, workflows, and reporting
- Assist clients with data migrations, historical data validation, and reconciliation activities
- Design recommendations for improved financial processes utilizing Rillet’s AI‑native capabilities and automation
- Configure native and third‑party integrations (e.g., Stripe, Ramp, Salesforce, payroll, billing, etc.)
- Develop dashboards, reports, and financial insights using Rillet’s reporting and analytics tools
- Work closely with Sales, Customer Success, and Product teams to coordinate project execution and client success
- Provide regular written and verbal project status updates to clients and internal stakeholders
- Manage project timelines, scope, and budget to ensure successful delivery
- Take ownership of assigned client engagements or workstreams, following tasks through from start to finish with minimal oversight
- Drive project progress and proactively identify issues, risks, or inefficiencies and propose solutions, escalating risks when necessary
- Serve as a trusted advisor to clients during and after implementation
- Provide post‑implementation support and guidance as needed
- Play an active role in building, refining, and scaling the internal Rillet delivery model, including methodologies, templates, documentation, and best practices, as the practice grows
- Operate effectively in a dynamic, evolving practice, helping define processes and standards
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of experience working with accounting systems, ERP platforms, or financial technology solutions
- Experience implementing cloud‑based accounting and finance systems (ERP or close‑adjacent platforms)
- Strong understanding of accounting fundamentals and financial processes (close, reporting, consolidation, controls)
- Intellectual curiosity and a strong desire to continuously grow technical, accounting, and consulting skills
- Demonstrated ability to lead client‑facing implementation engagements
- Strong project management and client leadership skills, including the ability to manage multiple workstreams
- Experience with system configuration, integrations, and user training
- Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem‑solving skills with a proactive and solutions‑oriented approach
- Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills
- Ability to collaborate across internal teams and work effectively in a fast‑paced, evolving environment
- Motivated self‑starter with the ability to ramp quickly in new environments, work independently, and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Demonstrated ability to learn by doing while maintaining high‑quality client delivery
- Bachelor’s degree preferred, ideally in accounting, finance, business, or information systems
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Rillet, AI‑native ERP platforms, or modern close automation tools
- Background in high‑growth, venture‑backed, or multi‑entity environments
- Prior consulting or professional services experience
- Experience working with startup or technology‑focused clients
Compensation & Benefits
- Colorado: $102,500 – $139,700
- Washington, Illinois, NewYork, Southern California: $112,800 – $153,700
- Northern California: $117,900 – $160,600
- Eligible employees may participate in a discretionary long‑term financial incentive plan subject to plan participation rules
