Right of Way Mapping Technician

Assisting in the performance of Right of Way Control Surveys, the Right of Way Mapping Technician will work in a hybrid or onsite environment, preparing maps and conducting document research while collaborating with the survey department. Key responsibilities Assist the Mapping manager with CAD and map preparation Review field notes and prepare alignment references and Certified Corner Record forms Conduct deed, plat, and document research, as well as title and easement review Required qualifications Three (3) years of CAD experience preferred High School Diploma or equivalent required Strong mathematical skills are necessary Valid driver's license with the ability to pass a driving record check Dependability and ability to pass drug and alcohol tests are essential
